CLEA App – Virtual RTK Screening and Teleconsultation

We partnered closely with CLEADOC’s medical and operational teams to architect and develop a comprehensive digital platform that combines Virtual PCR Testing (V-PCR) with cold-chain logistics, Virtual Rapid Test Kits (V-RTK) featuring real-time doctor supervision enhanced by AI-powered image recognition and comparison for point-of-care testing (POCT), and secure teleconsultation services with licensed Malaysian doctors. The CLEA app upholds POCT test integrity by deploying machine learning technology to assist doctors in verifying results, detect fraudulent attempts, and address traditional POCT limitations—ultimately serving as a robust verification assistant. The app also features intuitive guided workflows, secure video supervision, automatic lab report delivery, MySejahtera integration, flat-fee virtual doctor consultations, and an in-app health product marketplace.
